Jul. 13th, 2019 09:19 pmToday, I did not get hungry until about four-o-clock, at which point I ate the last Krispy Kream donut.
For supper this evening I had:
1 Package of Microwave Brown Rice
1 Can of Diced White Potatoes
2 Strawberry Poptarts
So, altogether, I've probably had about 1200 cals, more or less.
If I get hungry, there's fruit upstairs: green grapes, dark cherries, some questionable strawberries.
Tomorrow, I figure I'll just eat like ordinary.
