Ugh.

Woke up this morning and felt ugh. I'm not surprised. Yesterday, I got, maybe, 1300 calories. The day before that I think I barely cracked a 1000. My body is just like "Feed me!" So, today, I am going to try and hit 1800 calories. Which means I'm probably not going to be eating as healthy as I would like, but I need to get my numbers up.

Went out and ran errands this morning. The bank. The job. The store.

I stopped by McDonald's and got a large vanilla shake. That's about 800 cals. Maybe 1000 with the whip cream. So I figure I've got about 800 to go before I hit my goal?

UPDATE:
Ran more errands this afternoon and then it was off to the grocery store.

I bought:

1 package of Microwaveable Jasmine Rice
1 Small Can of Salmon
1 Can of Very Cherry Fruit Cocktail
1 Small bottle of chocolate milk.

Came home, nuked the rice, added some cayenne and salt to it, then ate it like a starving man. Then made salmon salad and ate that, then ate the fruit cocktail (which was sort of yuck) and just finished the milk.

I think I can safely say that I've hit my 1800 caloric goal for the day. Actually, I might have gone a bit over and hit 2000. Ah well. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day. We'll see if I've done any damage tomorrow morning.
