This entry is post-dated because I forgot to do one on the actual day.
Today I ate:
1 BBQ sandwich
4 Slices of Pizza
1 PBR Beer
1 Lemon Shot
1 Glass of White Wine
2 Glasses of Coke.
This is probably about 2500 calories. I'm estimating of course. So not as bad as it could have been, considering I was out with friends.
My roommate, J's, band debued at a local bar and it was a celebration so I gave myself some slack.
Tomorrow I will be compensating with lots of water and veggies.
UPDATE:
Fuck. I forgot I had two croissants from Panera last night too.
So that would put my total calories around 3300.
Fuck.
Definitely compensating.
