(no subject)
Back on track today!
Compensating for yesterday's binge wasn't a big deal. I actually wasn't hungry most of the day and when I got off of work, I ate pretty simply.
I had:
1 Bag of Frozen Brussel Sprouts w/cracked pepper
1 Small Can of Alaska Salmon (Made into a salmon salad w/mayo and spices)
1 Small bag of potato chips
About 1.5 lbs of seedless red grapes.
Altogether, that's about 1100 cals.
I feel full and satisfied. Am currently sitting on my couch with Shadowpup next to me, letting my latest Yankee Candle burn and enjoying the scent of lovely fall apples. :)
