News of the Day!
Apparently a bunch of scientists with nothing better to do, decided to run some probability tests to see if Friday the 13th really is unlucky. They concluded that it isn't any different than any other day. But I can't help but think that their observation of the outcome changed the event a la quantum theory.
And did you see the story about a group of divers who got stranded on some island and had to fight off a dragon to survive? Totally serious. Five divers, three Americans and two Europeans, fell out of their boat and drifted for a while before washing up on an island inhabited by monitor lizards. They had to fight one off with rocks before they were rescued.
It sounds like a really bad Sci-Fi Channel Saturday night movie, doesn't it?
And in local news, it's totally sunny outside right now. Whoo! About bloody time!
