(no subject)
Got up this morning, took a shower and watched some YouTube videos for a while. Then decided that I wanted to go walking because I missed it the other day because of shoes/weather. So I went down to the Riverwalk and walked for about 30 minutes in one direction, rested for 15 minutes, then walked back to my car.
Which some exotic riverside bird had shat all over. :/
It was 2 PM so off I went to market for the day. I bought:
1 small container of watermelon chunks
1 bottle of sparkling water
1 small can of salmon
1 bag of romaine lettuce
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of whole kernel golden corn
1 Hershey's chocolate bar.
That's about 1400 cals, altogether. I like to stay between 1300 and 1800 cals a day, so this is at the low end of the spectrum for me. If I get hungry, later on, I'll just go find something else to eat.
