Back again, back again, jiggety-jib
Bloody hell.
Well, here I am again.
I left LJ a while back after SixApart sold the business to SUP. I wasn't looking forward to LJ under the Russian Overlords, so I jumped ship.
I went to InsaneJournal for a while, and it was well-run, but there were just too many problems posting. Half the time their servers were down.
I went to Blogger, and still have an account there where I'm reposting some of my *ahem* erotic fiction, but no one I know is on Blogger.
I tried to quit journaling altogether, to go cold turkey.
That...didn't take.
And, to be honest, I missed LJ.
I missed my old friendslist, the sense of community that, despite the naysayers, still exists here.
Of course, I still don't trust the Russians and expect, any minute now, LJ will be sold again, to someone else.
But, I'm back, God help me.
Only this time, I'm not bloody well paying for it. - xoxo MEL
