Well, I did it.

Since June 6th I have lost 20 lbs.

Goal achieved!

So, what's next?

Well, I don't know if I'm going to set another goal. I think a good weight for me would be about 185, and 50 pounds doesn't seem all that impossible right now.

But I'm a bit worried that I'm becoming obsessed with calories and food and such.

So I may stop the weigh-ins or curtail them sharply. Maybe once every two weeks or once a month instead of every week.

I don't know. I don't know anything at all right now except that I succeeded in my initial goal to lose 20 lbs!

So, yay me!

Just recalculated my calories and protein requirements.

Daily Calories for Weight Loss: 1344 to 2094.

Protein Required Per Day: 57g.
