1 Package of Microwaveable Jasmine Rice
1 Small Can of Chunk Chicken Breast
1 Can of Sliced White Potatoes
1 Small Package of Blackberries
1 Small Package of Green Seedless Grapes
2 Bananas
It's a light day for me, because tomorrow is my Weight Day.
I think, if I hit my goal of 235, I'm not going to set another goal. I think I'm just going to continue eating in the style I've been eating and, maybe, step on the scale every two weeks instead of every week.
We shall have to see.
In related news, I went out and bought new walking shoes today. I took them for a spin along the Riverwalk, eschueing my usual route and turning right instead. I walked about 3.6 miles altogether. The shoes held up great, but I'm not so sure about my ankles. LOL.
I am debating if I should go again tomorrow, or maybe take a break and give my feet a rest.
