I've been catching up on Avatar: The Last Airbender this week, and have come to one conclusion: I hate Kitarra.
Seriously.
Does she ever do anything but whine and bitch and preach to other people? I know she's supposed to be the serious one, the 'mom' of the group, but I really wish someone would just drop a house on her and get her over with.
Love what they're doing with Zuko and Soka, as always, is funny as hell. Love the bit in "The Southern Raiders" when Zuko interrupts the little tryst that Soka and Suki have planned. Heh!
Might be nice if they did more with some of the other characters that they brought back. And what's the deal with the big firebender guy that escaped from prison with them in the second half of "The Boiling Rock?"
Speaking of which, I totally love Mai and Ty-Lee. I think the fight between Mai and Azula would have been totally hardcore. And then it gets short-circuited when Ty-Lee steps in and takes Azula out. Totally unexpected and I loved the look on her face afterwards.
Seriously hoping the big fight with the Firelord this Saturday doesn't fall short.
