Still sick
Oct. 5th, 2012 09:56 pmI hate being sick. It happens to me so rarely that I'm not used to it. Actually, it's a small miracle that I'm not sick more often, considering my diet consists of carbonated soda and snack foods.
Yes, I'm one of those people who buys their lunch at a gas station.
What of it?
Ninety-nine percent of the time, I'm healthy as a horse. No complaints. However, every once in a great while, when the moon is in the right house and the stars align just so, I get hit with a bug that knocks me flat on my ass.
I've been sick most of this week, which means I haven't managed to get much work done.
So, that's why, on Friday night, I'm sitting at home, sucking on cherry honey Ricola cough drops and debating watching a move or something on Amazon.
Hopefully, I'll have this crap kicked by next week.
