Today, I spent most of the day with Shadowpup.
We established a routine.
He wanted to play.
We played for a while.
We came in, got some water and rested in front of the fan.
An hour to two hours later, we went out and repeated the cycle until about 7PM when Jorg came home. He and his band were recording an album at one of the local recording studios.
I had some food, watched some Netflix and now I'm making this entry.

Today, I ate:
1 medium can of baked beans
1 pouch of spiced breakfast potatoes
2 packages of turkey sausage
2 peaches

I ate a bit later than usual tonight, so right now I'm feeling very stuffed.
Tomorrow is my Free Day and even though this low fat diet has been pretty decent, I'm totally going to eat some pastry. Any kind of pastry.
And then I might take the rest of the month off.
