Hot & Sticky

Today, in my neck of the woods, it is hot and sticky.
Almost unbearably so.
We had a bad storm front pass through the region a couple of days ago, the kind that spawns tornados, and since it's passed through it seems to have sucked all the comfort out of the air with it.
I was tryinig to beat the heat this morning. I woke up early, because I had errands to do. I haven't finished them all (I still need to buy some detergent), but I have given up on the day and am sitting at home, in front of a box fan and contemplating the pros and cons of doing so naked.
Honestly, I'm so tired, I don't even want to strip down.
And tomorrow is a work day.
*sigh*
I hope it feels cooler tomorrow.
