So, I think it might be useful if I keep a food journal. So, today I consumed:
1 Sugar Free Diet Coke
1 Bottle of Water
1 Garden Salad w/Raspberry Vinagarette(sp?) dressing
1 Can of Mackeral (with some melted butter drizzled over it)
1 Red Plum
I don't think I'm going to mix protein sources in future. Last night I had chicken with Great Northern Beans and I just felt heavy and full all day.
I've got some fruit upstairs waiting in the wings if I get hungry:
4 Yellow Bananas
1 Red Pear
1 Red Plum
