So, it had to happen.
I stepped on the scale today and haven't lost any weight since last week.
I'm not surprised. I've been eating a lot of crap this past week, more out of convenience than anything else. So, no loss.
I am somewhat surprised, however, that I didn't gain weight this week. There were a couple of days there when I really went overboard, calorically.
I'm not worried. I'll see what happens next week, after a week of me being back on-track.
And today is still my Free Day, so I've gone and indulged a bit with some meatballs and some banana nut muffins.
