Yesterday's Free Day was just gross.
I went and got a bottle of Bailys Strawberries & Cream and it was just nasty. Poured it right down the toilet.
Had some meatballs, which were good, and some potato chips, which were not.
Went and got a Pepsi to wash the taste of the Baileys out of my mouth.
Today's food choices are going to be much more palletable.
I have some watermelon, which I will be adding to some Sprite for a lovely watermelon sprite combo. Some brown rice and potatoes, some honey-cured ham, and a bottle of Muscle Milk because I'm making sure I get my protein. Altogether that's about 1260 cals.
On a lighter note, pun intended, when I went to the Market, I forgot to put on a belt. So the whole time I'm walking around the store, my pants kept trying to fall off. It's good to know that I'm still losing inches. Also, I'm down a hole on my belt. Hurrah for me!
