Feb. 3rd, 2017 05:04 pmSo, in an effort to improve my overall health and disposition, I have lept back onto the keto bandwagon. It's my third day and I already feel lots better. I've gotten past the keto flu and can already tell I've lost a little weight. My jeans are a bit loose and I can, once again, use my skinny belt. So, that's good. :)
