J was at the Store with me today.
It felt weird.
I've gotten so used to being there by myself that having him and Shadowpup present was just odd.
It didn't help that I started the day with a slice of pepperoni pizza and a diet soda.
So much for willpower.
Didn't really have a proper lunch today, just:
2 Rice Crispy Treats
1/2 serving of Cashews.
Didn't eat anything else until I came home, where I experimented.
I had:
1 can of sliced white potatoes
1 can of spam
1 small can of peas & carrots
2 servings of shredded cheese
1 small bottle of Pepsi.
I layered the potatoes then covered them with cheese, added the peas & carrots and some sliced spam, layered them with cheese, put the remainer of the spam on top and layered it with cheese. Then I popped it into the microwave for 5 minutes.
In all honesty, I probably should have used something other than potatoes as the base layer. I mean, it was all right, but not stellar.
Now I'm sitting here, drinking water to compensate for all the salt in that spam.
Ugh.
Anyway, I figure I've done about 1620 cals. Give or take. That leaves me about 3500 cals over the next two days.
