So, first week back on the program and I did okay until late last night when I got super-stressed and binged a bag of corn chips and a box of strawberry rolls. Technically, it was after midnight so it was on Tuesday so I'm lawyering the hell out of it and saying it was during the Free Day. Yeah, I just don't need more stress in my life right now.
Doing between 1200 and 2300 cals a day this week. Debating if I want to lower my cals for September of leave them where they are.
Anywho, I'm going to go out now and buy some grapes. I'm craving grapes. I'll regret it later, but I want them now. :)
