Good Lord. Today has been a day.
Since it's the start of the month, I cleaned the bedroom and my bath. I swept up enough errant hair/dust to make a second Shadowpup if I was so inclined.
I was not.
The writing project on the Other Blog is going well and I've come to a decision regarding my free days which I will reveal tomorrow on my YT vid.
Todays food has consisted of:
1 big bag of broccoli flourettes
1 pouch of microwave rice
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 package of turkey kielbasa.
That's about 1400 cals which isn't bad, but I have a bag of chilli-cheese Corn Chips lying on my bed that I suspect will be consumed before bed.
Pheh.
Anyway, this whole week's been a bit of a disaster as far as Healthy Lifestyle goes. But that's okay. It's the start of a whole new year and I think the changes I'm making will, ultimately, benefit me.
