1900 cals

Long, long day. Jorg said he would be in the Store by noon, but he fell asleep and didn't show up, so I was there until 7 PM. It was a slow day, but I got some things organized and bought some random toys and stuff from walk-ins.
Came home and fixed supper, then made the video and took a shower. Ate and just finished watching some Netflix while enjoying some Sangria. And now, I think I'm about ready for bed.

Today I ate:
1 peanut butter protein bar
1 package of Spanish rice
2 cans of kidney beans
2 bananas
2 glasses of wine
