So, I'm buying a condo.
Or should that be I'm trying to buy a fucking condo.
But the damned sellers, a bank, keep pushing the closing date back!
They've done this three times so far!
The reason for this last time? They have to find the previous owners of the property and make sure that they have clear title to the property.
Fucking excuse me? But are you trying to tell me that you were selling a property that you didn't have clear title to? Even after it was abandoned? What? You just sat there with your thumb up your ass and didn't take care of the fucking paperwork, you rat-felching mongrel cunts???
I said the last time that if they pushed the closing date back again that I would walk away. I was only half serious that time.
This time? If they push it back again, I'm so fucking out of there. And then I'll go right to the Board of Realtors and file a complaint with them re the business practices of the seller and their fucking agents.
Goddamn cunts.
