Tonight, I made a really great spaghetti sauce. I took about a pound of ground beef, browned it, drained the excess grease off, then returned it to the pan. Added a can of tomato sauce, a pack of spices, a little extra pepper and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Served it over steamed cauliflour that was so soft it was practically falling apart. Could only eat about half of it before I had to stop. Felt stuffed and still feel a bit heavy. For desert, I've got a donut waiting for me upstairs.
Sitting here in my bathroom typing this and digesting, while J's band practices on the back porch. They're not bad. I'm starting to make up lyrics to their music.
Bad lyrics.
Tomorrow, I need to get up early and take J to work, then get my brakes checked. The fun never stops at Casa de Mel!
