I had supper super-early tonight. My stomach started to physically growl around 3 PM. I drank a glass of water, but it didn't stop it, so at 4 PM I went off to the market. I bought:
1 Bag of Steamed Vegetables
1 Bag of Uncle Ben's Microwavable Brown Rice
1 Can of Fruit Cocktail in light syrup
1 Can of Generic Ravioli
1 Bottle of ICE
1 4-Pack of Hawaiian Rolls
Came home and realized I still had leftovers in the fridge, so I didn't eat the rice I got today. Instead, I finished off the leftovers then today's meal. I feel full but not overfull. And if I get hungry later, I've still got the rice and the candy bar from last night.
