Today I had:
1 Cheeseburger from Burger King
1 Diet Coke
Tonight I had:
1 Package of Microwaveable White Rice
1 Can of Chunk Chicken
I bought:
3 Bananas
1 Small Package of Walnuts
1 Bottle of Chocolate Syrup
I had the rice and chicken with the lefthovers from yesterday, then cut up two bananas and put them in a bowl, along with some walnuts and some chocolate sauce.
I'm not trying to do OMAD, it just sort of happened, but now I'm kind of aware that it makes me cotton-headed. Also, eating a giant meal in one sitting is kind of hard on the gut, so I think I'm going to break it down to two meals a day. I figure an 8-hour feeding window from 3 PM to 11 PM should be good. We'll see.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to eat my desert before it gets warm. :)
