Today I have eaten:
1 Peach
1 order of Large Curly Fries from Arby's
1 Bowl of Wild Rice w/Teryaki Sauce
1 Bowl of Brown Sugar Baked Beans
1 Bowl of Pineapple Chunks
1 Bottle of Muscle Milk
1 Package of Reese's Peanutbutter Cups
1 KitKat Bar
1 lb of seedless Red Globe Grapes.
I have no idea how many calories I took in, which was kind of the point. I've been doing a low-fat, 15-1900 calories diet for four weeks so decided today I would push my calories so my body doesn't get used to my current caloric limits.
I did try to keep my foods fairly decent and I think I succeeded. Even the curly fries weren't that bad, I don't think, compared to the Kitkat bar and the Reese's Peanut Butter cups. Although, honestly, I think the baked beans were my favorite.
Tomorrow, I go back to my usual eating style. See y'all then. :)
