2 hamburgers from McDonalds
1 large coke from McDonalds
Vegetarian Chili
- 1 Can of Dark Kidney Beans
- 1 Can of Light Kidney Beans
- 1 Package of Chili seasonings
2 Servings of Corn Chips.
Altogether that's just under 1800 calories. I decided to up my daily cals to 1800 today. On Friday, I can do 1500 if I have to.
