Remember, how on Saturday, I said I was going to do better on Sunday?
Well, I didn't.
*sigh*
Another day of DIET FAIL.
I started off the day with an Energy Drink and a Pop Tart.
I didn't eat anything all afternoon and Game Night was cancelled because our host was sick.
So I came home and ate a package of bratwurst and a whole package of lemon cream cookies.
The bad thing is that even as I was doing it, I was going, "Why are you doing this? You know this is too many calories!"
But I did it anyway.
I think I may NEED to go back to counting calories, because ever since I relaxed that, my control has been slipping. :/
