So, last week I set my weekly caloric limit at 13,800 cals.
By the end of Monday, I had consumed a total of 12,580 cals.
That's a difference of 1220 cals.

I'm leaving my weekly caloric limit at 13,800 cals.

And today, I am eating junkie food! Carrot cake! Potato chips! Soda pop!

Wheeee!

Cake and chips have been consumed and I'm working on the soda.

I suspect that I will regret this later on, but right now? I feel great!
