Today has been sort of blah. But I remain on track with the diet.
Today, I have eaten:
1 iced honeybun
1 peach
1 package of microwave Spanish rice
1 can of whole kernel golden corn
1 can of green peas
1 package of turkey sausage crumbles
So, yeah. Still under 2300. Or 2800 if I include yesterday's extras.
Still feeling heavy but no so gross.
