Today has been long and HOT. I am SO READY for the weather to cool off. With a heat index putting us over 100 degrees and muggy as hell, a cold front would be welcomed.
As far as No Soda September? So far, so good. I had a bad headache this afternoon that I think was caffeine withdrawl but it could have just been the heat.
I went to BK and grabbed an original chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea. I figure that, and the handful of cashews, probably puts me at about 1400 for the day.
And after work I'm going to visit my friend Paul and check up on him. And then, this weekend, I'm watching the Store all by myself. Jorg and Shadow are going down to FL with his new girlfriend for the weekend and so Jorg can Meet The Parents. That aught to be fun. :P

UPDATE
Came home from my friend Paul's place. I had a sweet tea and half a pizza. I think that's put me at about 2200 cals. I think. I'm not sure.
This weekend, I'm running the Store by myself, so I may just declare tomorrow and Sunday Free Days. Also, I'm going to a birthday party this Sunday, so there will be cake.
