Today is my Free Day and I ate a lot of stuff but eventually reached a point where I just said, "Enough." Now I'm sitting here enjoying a second glass of wine and torn between writing and reading. Pheh.
Anywho, tomorrow I start lowering my daily calories. I'm going from 2300 to 2200, so my weekly caloric max will drop to 13,200. It's not a big drop, but it's a start. By the time we reach October, I should be down to 2000 cals a day.
I'm also thinking that I'm going to go low-carb this week. I've been craving protein lately and not being very interested in carby things. I think my body is trying to tell me something. So, starting tomorrow, I'm keeping my carbs under 100g per day.
AND, No Soda September continues. It's been 2 weeks since I had a soda of any type. I'm sleeping better, getting up earlier and my skin is in better condition. So I'm starting to see some benefits. :)
