Well.
Today I have eaten 2300 cals and it has ALL been TRASH.
Basically, I had:
1 Medium Coffee w/Cream & Sugar from Dunkin Donuts
1 Package of Chocolate Creme-O's.
That's it.
A package of cookies and a medium sized milky coffee and I've blown through an entire day's worth of cals. Almost. I've got 100 left. Big whoop.
Why did I just eat cookies? Because I had them left over from yesterday and KNEW that I would give in to temptation, so I just decided to eat them today and have a Really Bad Diet Day. So it's kind of a consciouse choice on my part. But I'm not happy about it.
And tomorrow, I have to go by the grocery store super-early because everything's closing early tomorrow night and I'll be at the Store. So I have to buy stuff for tomorrow night AND for Christmas Day.
Ugh.
