I think I'm just going to adopt a pass/fail system re my diet and calories.
Yesterday was a Fail.
Today is a Pass.
It's so much easier, and weirdly less stressful, to think in such terms.
Tonight, I ate:
1 lemonade tea
1 package of microwave brown rice
1 small tin of diced tomatoes w/chillis
1 packet of turkey sausage crumbles
1 tin of pear slices
1 small container of strawberry cream cheese.
