So, I'm doing 2200 cals this week AND I'm doing low-carb, which means I'm keeping my carbs under 100g per day. I just finished having a big lunch, probably my only meal of the day, and I'm at 1978 cals and about 70g of carbs. I feel very full and very satisfied.
I just wish my writing was going as well as my diet. :/

Today, I have eaten:
2 packages of Banquet Sausage
1 can of mixed turnip/mustard greens
1 small container of strawberry cream cheese.
