Today has been a very quiet, very relaxing day. I woke up around 1030 and lay in bed for an hour just enjoying the fan blowing across me in the dark room. I finally got up and went upstairs, where I had a coffee and then took Shadowpup outside for some play. Did I mention that Jorg shaved him recently and he looks like a fat little sausage of a dog. It's really fun watching him run after the ball.
Then, it was inside, where I did a load of laundry in preparation for a road trip I'm taking this week. I'm not sure where I'm going to go, but I know I would like to get out of town for a little while. Even if it's just for a day, I think I'll have a good time just being on the road.
The weird thing will be not updating this blog or FB or anything until I get back.

Today I am eating:
2 packages of turkey sausage links
1 small can of baked beans
1 can of sliced white potatoes
1 small container of watermelon chunks
2 bananas.
That's only 51g of fat out of my allowed 74. And still no soda. Yay!
Then, it was inside, where I did a load of laundry in preparation for a road trip I'm taking this week. I'm not sure where I'm going to go, but I know I would like to get out of town for a little while. Even if it's just for a day, I think I'll have a good time just being on the road.
