Ever since I came back from my road trip last week, my right foot has been one big pain. I'm not sure if it's a plantar fasciitis issue or a flat foot issue, but I wish it would resolve itself. Last night, I slathered on a lot of my cannaboid anti-inflammatory cream and when I woke up this morning it was stiff, but less achey. I'm about to slather on some more to see if it'll help more. Fingers crossed.
