So, back to logging my food for a little while, so I can get back on track with my diet.
So, here we go...

Today I ate:
1 Container of Instant White Rice
1 Can of Low-Sodium Chicken
1 Can of Salt-Free Golden Corn
3 Bananas
2 Aptivia Yogurts
1 Packet of Donut Sticks
1 Cup of Milk

Salt levels were good. Added sugar was okay. Oxalates, well below 100g.
