Enter Sandman

I just finished watching the first season of Netflix's 'The Sandman.'
I thought it was excellent. 5 out of 5 stars.
Gwendoline Christie was AMAZING as Lucifer.
Still not sold on Tom Sturridge as Dream because I always thought Benedict Cumberbatch would have been a better casting choice, but that's just my opinion.
Can't wait to see how they adapt future stories, especially 'The Key to Hell' and 'A Game of You.'

ooh. Glad to hear it's actually good. Only seen the first so far, and that was looking solid.

It's good. They made some changes to some characters, probably to avoid entanglements with the DCEU, but overall it's an excellent show. It stays true to the core of the comics.

Agreed! It's a really good adaptation.

I wasn't sure I was going to, but I really love death in it. She seems even more true to her character. And the quiet threatening of Lucifer.. Really good.

I thought I was going to have some more issue having got attached to the voices from the Audible adaptation, but no I'm really enjoying it :)
