Today is my birthday. I turned 53.
My plans are petty simple: I'm going to take myself out for lunch, then maybe see a movie and possibly buy myself something nice. Eventually, there will be champagne and, possibly, cake. But I'm not really feeling in a cake mood, if you know what I mean.
