Today has been a very nothing sort of day. I woke up and lay in bed for a long time, just enjoying the warmth of the blankets. Then I got up and showered, went upstairs and took care of the kitties. After that, I went to Ye Olde Witchy Shop and bought some soap and a couple of candles, then stopped by The Store.
Funny bit. When I walked into The Store everybody at the front turned and shouted out "Happy Belated Birthday!" It was like when Norm walked into Cheers. Very surreal, but amusing.
After leaving The Store, I went to the grocery store where I bought catfood, a bunch of bananas and some cotton candy grapes. Then home, where I dinked around on my computer for a while, making a calendar/screensaver for one of my computers using AI generated images.
Then, I had some supper (lettuce sauteed in butter, mac 'n cheese, toast and chicken tenders), and settled in to listen to BBC Radio comedy programs and 1940s swing music.
Downstairs now, having just remembered to put the trash out, writing this and getting ready to muck about until midnight. Currently listening to Echoes with John Diliberto.
