I'm at the Store and some guy asks to look at a figure. I pull it out and show it to him and he pulls out his phone and starts checking prices online, then tries to lowball me saying it's going for $30 on this one website, blah blah blah. I told him I could go down to a certain point and he immediately countered with a diferent that's still lower than I said I could go.

I mean, the guy is just passing through. He's not a regular customer or anything, so why the hell did he think I was going to bend over backwards and let him have a figure for cost?

I hate fucking people like that.

So, my mail headaches continue.
I didn't get one of my credit card bills. And I'm waiting to see if I've got the other at the house right now.
I think the problem is that I went online and cancelled my mail forwarding, but that it might not have kicked in. Or someone at the post office just hasn't noticed. Or that my mail is still getting sent to the 427 address, but Chuck is just throwing it out because he can't be bothered.
In any event, I think I'm going to have to go up to Columbia tomorrow and talk to someone at the post office. I'd do it today but it's fucking Juneteenth, a ridiculous holiday that not even black people seem to know about.
