I'm thankful that, in these hard economic times, I have a job, even if it makes me crazy.
I'm thankful that I have a house and that I don't have to sleep in a cardboard box in an alley somewhere, or a shelter.
I'm thankful that I have enough food to eat and water to drink.
I'm thankful that I'm in reasonably good health, even though I could stand to lose some weight.
I'm thankful that I have this blog, which lets me vent, because otherwise I would probably be doing time in a federal prison for manslaughter.
And, finally, I'm thankful for the Internet, which keeps me informed, educated, entertained and connected to people whom I would probably never meet in real life.
