I had an interesting thought on the drive into work today. While sipping my bottle of tap water, I passed a liquor store. And it came to me. What if, in the future, water is as pricy as a bottle of booze? Given the growing population numbers and environmental doomsayers predicting resource shortages within our lifetimes, the concept of having to pay exorbitant prices for clean water doesn't seem that far-fetched. I think I feel...inspired.
