So, ten days until the end of an era.
Called my realtor today and made an appointment with him to come out and take a look at the condo.
I'm estimating I can get between $135 and $137 for it.
Hopefully, it'll move fast. Stuff in this neighborhood generally does.
In other, related news, I dropped off a box of books at the used book store today. Actually, looking around my place, I don't have as many books as I thought I did. DVDs now, I've got way too many of those!
