Someone once said that freedom is a terrible thing.
I think I'm starting to realize what that really means.
Today was the first day I got up and didn't have to go anywhere or do anything.
I poked about the house, watched far too much television and, around seven, in a fit of desperation, went out and got some Chinese.
Came home and all I can say is "Thank God for the BBC." I've killed a few hours listening to the radio adaptation of Emily Bronte's Wuthering Hieghts.
I think I am definitely going to have to go out and find something constructive to do with my time. - MEL
