Just got off my phone with my realtor. I have another showing this Monday at 1:00 PM, which is good news. The bad news is that nothing in my area seems to be selling. There's another place across the way and my realtor said that every time that place gets a showing, we get a showing.
And, I also got some 'feedback.' Apparently one of the lookyloos who tore through the place in all of five minutes said that it smelt like a 'gym.' I find that incredibly funny 'cause I lead the most amazingly sedentary lifestyle that you could imagine. So I figure they must be talking about my laundry nook, in the hallway, where my dirty clothes are piled in the basket, waiting to be washed.
So, I shall have to give that some thought.
Other than that, not a lot going on.
