Wierd day. Got up at 9:30 because I had people coming to look at the place, around 11:00. But, wouldn't you know it? They showed up early. Super early. Like around 10:00. That's a whole fucking hour early and they caught me in mid-prep, getting ready to take out the trash. Pheh. They didn't linger too long in the place so I don't think they were that interested. At this rate, this weekend aught to be freakin' wonderful.
Went downtown and got the new Patrick Rothfus book, The Wise Man Fears. Then, on a whim, stopped at the movies, to see what was on. But nothing lept out at me as "Must see!" At this point, movie-wise, the only thing I'm looking forward to is Suckerpunch.
The Japanese disaster is freaking me the hell out. First New Zealand, then Japan. Next, Alaska? I sure as hell hope not, because I am totally unprepared for any kind of disaster. I'd probably be one of those people who devolves to cannibalism in the first 24-hours.
