I spent all morning writing and feel like I'm finally making some real progress. I'm also considering scrapping a subplot that was lurking in the back of my brain. Story still feels awful talky at the moment, but this is just a first draft. I'll probably wind up cutting huge swathes of stuff in the inevitable rewrite.
I'm dead tired now, but feeling pretty decent. Later today I'm taking books over to the used book store. While I'm out, I think I'll get lunch. Maybe Chinese.
