Went and got my taxes done today, and I'm getting a nice little stack of cash back from the government. Enough to pay for quite a few utilities for a while. So, that's something.
Not much else going on today.
Yesterday, had someone come by and take a look at the place. Just a lookyloo though. They were in and out in five minutes, and this was after they showed up half-an-hour early.
